Join Rudrapriy Inc (www.rudrapriy.ai) AI team as a Generative AI LLM, Model Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing generative AI models that drive our product offerings and enhance user experiences. Your work will directly impact our ability to leverage AI for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· LLMs and System Design: System design with LLMS and architecture to deliver use case. Hands on in Azure ML.
· Gen AI : Understanding and hands on implementation of prompting, RAG, fine tuning, RLHF and techniques to deliver solutions to use cases like conversational bot with accuracy %.
· Model Development: Design, train, and optimize generative AI models
· Prioritization of Business Use Cases: Understand business use cases and break it down into technical capabilities. Based on ecosystem prioritize use cases by technical feasibility and delivery.
· Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
· Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
· Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of model architectures and training processes.
· Project Management: Independently manage projects from conception to deployment.
Key Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, AI, or a related field.
· Experience: 3+ years in AI model development, with a focus on generative models.
Good to have any design, architecture experience.
Specify clearly projects you have done and clients.
· Skills: Proficient in LLMs, Basic Systems Design, Python, APIs and data processing techniques.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
